PJR01INCR/400007 of 26.05.2006.

The custodian services offered by BCR include:

  • The opening of safe-keeping accounts for financial instruments individually for every Customer receiving custody services from BCR;
  • The safe keeping of financial instrument portfolios owned by Customers and under custody of BCR, traded both locally and on the international capital markets;
  • The reconciliation of instructions received from Customers with the counterparties involved in the settlement of the financial instruments;
  • The processing of settlement instructions for transactions with financial instruments which can be kept under custody;
  • The drafting and forwarding, to the Customer, of account statements / confirmations / reports / notices, according to the services agreements and applicable regulations;
  • The valuation of financial instruments within Customer portfolios;
  • The monitoring and processing of corporate events relating to financial instruments within Customer portfolios:
    • notices relating to decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders;
    • collection of income (interests, premiums, dividends);
    • increasing/diminishing of the share capital;
    • distribution of free shares, preference rights;
    • any other corporate event with impact on shareholders;
  • The processing of payments relating to fees owed by Customers for the intermediation of transactions, as well as other payments, according to the instructions received;
  • The recovery of tax differential for income relating to holdings on external markets.
