According to this vision, the BCR strategic directions in terms of community involvement are:

  • Support and promote leaders and models, participating in the creation of a positive and inspirational environment for Romania's development.
  • Education for the development of practical skills, with strategic partnerships with the largest universities in the country, mainly aiming to create projects to help students develop their practical skills for and easier integration into the labour market.
  • Civic leadership by developing projects that support hundreds of NGOs annually, and by encouraging our employees to be responsible citizens, integrating the bank into the fabric of the community.
