Regardless of your needs, we are ready to assist you. BCR Self Service 24 Banking is an automated area set up within BCR branches and available non-stop so that you can make any kind of transaction even outside of the bank's schedule.

Within each branch you will find all the equipment necessary for your operations: ATMs, multi-function machines, currency exchange machines and phone.

Here's what you can do with each piece of equipment:

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM):

  • Pay your current bills to accepted utility/services providers
  • Make repayments of your BCR loan instalments in RON (including for credit cards)
  • Top up your Vodafone, Orange or Telekom mobile phone prepaid cards and RATB transport cards
  • Fund your MAXICONT Savings Account, by transferring money from the current account attached to your BCR debit card in RON, upon signing an agreement
  • Change your card’s PIN code
  • Get a mini bank statement for BCR debit/credit cards
  • Check your balance
  • Withdraw cash

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL MACHINE (MFM):

  • Deposit cash into your RON, EUR and USD current accounts (including repayments for loan instalments), by using the BCR debit card in RON for authentication
  • Deposit cash into the current accounts of another BCR customer (individual – RON, EUR, USD/legal entity – RON)
  • Deposit cash into the savings accounts and term deposits of individual and legal entity customers (individuals – savings accounts only)
  • Pay your current utility bills to accepted utility/service providers by scanning the barcode on the invoice (with automatic selection of the template) or by manually introducing the invoice information:
    • with cash, without requiring the use of a card
    • from your current account in RON
  • Repay your BCR credit card instalments by simply scanning the barcode on the BCR credit card statement or by manually inputting your BCR credit card number
  • Make foreign exchange transactions between your accounts (without cash), as well as with cash in EUR and USD
  • Make transfers between accounts in the same currency
  • Transfer money to BPL accounts
  • Print available accounts and balances
  • Deposit cash into a reloadable prepaid card

AUTOMATED PAYMENT TERMINAL (APT):

  • Deposit cash into your current account in RON, savings account or term deposit, by using your BCR debit card in RON or the BCR customer code for authentication; (you can also repay your loan instalments)
  • Deposit cash into the current accounts of another BCR customer (individual – RON, EUR, USD/legal entity – RON)
  • Pay your current utility bills in cash to accepted utility/service providers by scanning the barcode on the invoice or by manually introducing the invoice information
  • Repay your BCR credit card by simply scanning the barcode on the BCR credit card statement or by manually inputting your BCR credit card number
  • Deposit cash into a reloadable prepaid card

  FOREIGN EXCHANGE MACHINE (ASV):

  • Exchange foreign currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF) into RON, at the rates applied by BCR at the bank desks
