What is the maximum grant period for MY HOME BCR credit?

The credit is granted for a maximum period of 30 years, provided that at the end of the repayment period your age does not exceed:

• legal retirement age (63 for women and 65 for men, respectively), if you are employed at the time of the loan contracting
• 70, if you are a retiree at the time of the loan contracting
