- Tender Guarantee: condition for taking part in tenders, ensures the firm character of the offer and the reliability of the tenderer, guaranteeing that the purchaser will receive payment of a determined amount upon request, as a percentage of the offer, in the event that the tenderer is under any of the situations provided in the guarantee.
- Performance Guarantee: required until the delivery of goods/render of services, guaranteeing the payment of a determined amount of money as a percentage of the contract value, upon request of the purchaser in the event that the contractual obligations have not been fulfilled.
- Advance Payment Guarantee: covers the seller's obligation to refund, in the event of non-performance, the amount or amounts paid in advance by the purchaser.
- Warranty/Retention Guarantee: required until the conclusion of the technical guarantee period to guarantee the payment of a determined amount of money as a percentage of the contract value, upon request from the purchaser in the event that the obligations were not fulfilled during the technical guarantee period. May be associated with the payment of retained amounts.
- Guarantee for repayment of loans: allows the requester to obtain banking services for subsidiaries, affiliated or personal companies in other countries.
- Guarantee for customs duties and other public debts: covers your obligation to pay customs duties and other taxes and fees due, relating to the import of goods or equipment, both in Romania and abroad.
- Payment Guarantees: covers your payment obligations under certain commercial/financial agreements. Since the letter of guarantee provides financial benefits to the seller, you will be able to negotiate favorable conditions for you, such as a longer payment term, a reduced cost of products, etc.
